The analysis of the Concise semi-active ankle prosthetic by using the ANSYS program
وصف البحث
The semi-active ankle prosthesis model was developed primarily to mimic how the missing leg would have operated. One of the challenges in designing prosthetic machines is achieving the proper stiffness range for the arrangement of joints and spring elements for various tasks, as well as changing the loading of the prosthetic machine. The semi-active ankle prosthetic model in this study underwent a structural analysis using the finite element method. An ANSYS Workbench 2020 R1 was used for the finite element study as well. The personal weight is used as the loading force in the static simulation, which uses a 1500 N loading force. Four sets of materials are employed for the semi-active ankle prosthetic type. comprise the first materials set, while aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and polyurethane foam rigid make up the second, polylactic acid (PLA), stainless steel, and polyurethane foam rigid comprise the third, and carbon fiber, polylactic acid (PLA), and stainless steel make up the fourth. Comparison and contrast are made between the four material sets. According to Finite Element study, the semi-active ankle prosthetic type can be used successfully for individuals weighing up to 100 kg.
